Emergency Services Disclaimer

LoneConnect does not provide emergency response services and does not contact, notify, or dispatch police, ambulance, fire, or other public emergency services.

The Services are designed to notify designated response teams, supervisors, or emergency contacts defined by the user or the user’s organisation.

Any actions taken following an alert, including contacting emergency services, are the responsibility of the receiving organisation or designated contacts.

The Services rely on mobile device connectivity, system permissions, and user interaction. Availability of alerts, notifications, and location data may vary depending on network coverage, device configuration, and operating conditions.
